Morgan Tarr brings more than 20 years of experience working in wealth management with some of the world’s wealthiest families. At Delegate, Morgan serves as the Director of Philanthropy, Values-Aligned Investing and Family Governance. In this role, she works with clients to craft bespoke wealth plans that go beyond the balance sheet, from succession planning and guidance to investment implementation and organization. Morgan truly loves helping people build a life design and her proclivity for project management, attention to detail, and talent for delivering creative solutions have helped Delegate clients manage each complex detail of their financial lives.
Prior to joining Delegate, Morgan served as a partner at Fort Point Capital Partners, an associate at Presidio Financial Partners, and a financial advisor at Merrill Lynch. She began her career as a paralegal for Cooley Godward in the estate planning group.
Morgan has completed extensive training with the Conscious Leadership Group community and has shared these game-changing best practices as part of Delegate’s team development.
In her free time, Morgan’s passion for interior design and décor have her in constant remodel mode in her home and garden. Morgan also loves hiking, exploring and traveling with her three daughters Dylan, Blake and Evan and her husband Bill, and spending time with their dog, Louie, cats Sibi and Ida and their chickens.
