Jessica (“Jessi”) Nelson joined Delegate in the summer of 2022 and serves as an Associate, Operations and Data Analytics. In this role, Jessi supports the Advisory Team by assisting with reporting functions, banking relationships and client service needs as they arise.
Prior to Delegate, Jessi worked as a Financial Analyst at UCSF where she provided professional financial services to faculty, staff and students in the Department of Radiology and Biomedical Imaging. She applied organizational procedures to resolve account reconciliation, general ledger management and oversight. Jessi discovered her love for finance while working at KG Finance as a Junior Accountant where she honed her skills with Excel and QuickBooks.
Jessi earned her bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics and Data Analytics at San Francisco State University.
In her free time, Jessi loves cycling, reading, sewing, roasting coffee, and traveling. Jessi resides in Chapel Hill with her husband and daughter.
