Andy Hart serves as the Chief Executive Officer for Delegate Advisors and brings nearly 30 years of experience in the wealth management industry, having worked with some of the world’s wealthiest families. Andy works tirelessly to provide guidance and leadership to his team, providing direction for the firm’s business strategy. In addition, he works with each client family to create comprehensive wealth plans that cover investments, tax strategy (usually in cooperation with their CPA), estate planning and other objectives. Andy has a talent for creative planning, and most enjoys evaluating and enhancing the complex innerworkings of a family’s financial life.
Prior to Delegate, Andy led a team at Brownson, Rehmus & Foxworth Inc., served as a director and senior member of Credit Suisse First Boston’s Private Client Services Group (“CSFB”), was part of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette (later acquired by CSFB), was a principal with Montgomery Securities, served as senior vice president and national director of Asset and Liability Management for Oppenheimer & Co., and worked as vice president in the Capital Markets Group at Chemical Bank’s largest subsidiary, Texas Commerce Bank, in Houston, TX.
Andy received a BBA with concentrations in Finance and Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner.
When he’s not strategizing with his team or working with client families, Andy can be found exploring some remote corner of the world with his wife Paige, daughter Alex and son Logan, or riding his bike near his home in Austin, Texas.
